the room was quite nice and neat. reception staffs were professional and polite, i appreciate that. the food in the restaurant was very nice, i liked it.
the hill location was a bit hard on the legs.

surprisingly good stay
spacious room tv lounge area spa facilities
i found my room spacious and clean it was a good size room with tv located in the bathroom i also enjoyed the addition of the sofa and lounge area in my seaview twin room the spa facilities were quiet when i visited on saturday afternoon. the lift provided easy access to all floors including the spa and my room.
i noticed the decor in some areas of the hotel seemed a little tired this didn't significantly impact my stay but a refresh would be beneficial.

my room included a comfortable bed and a large bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower the sea view from my twin room was amazing and added to the experience it had a good size i thought.

the staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay they were helpful with directions and information about local attractions i found their assistance valuable plus a birthday card left for my grandma, a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch.

the location was convenient with a short walk to the beach and town centre parking was available and free at certain times with a disc provided by the hotel it made exploring the area easy.

Lovely Seafront Stay
excellent location tasty dish wide selection
The hotel's location is excellent and very close to the centre. I found the breakfast very nice. It offered many extras. The evening meal menu presented a wide selection of tasty dishes. Everything was cooked perfectly.
The bath taps were very difficult to use. I was unable to have a bath.

The staff members were cheerful. I found them ever helpful. They were very friendly. I also appreciated the pleasant looking and very comfortable lounge bar. I enjoyed spending time there.

I found the gym very well-equipped. It has good machines. The swimming pool, sauna, and steam room offered a fantastic bonus since access was complimentary. I would highly recommend the spa treatments too.

Check-in was handled promptly. The Seaview room offered a lovely view. Chairs were well-positioned to maximize enjoyment of the scenery. The bar offered many choices.
The room had cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. The lamp shades needed attention. The room also needed a good vacuuming. It was room 257. There were holes in the bed sheets.

friendly staff spacious room quiet area shabby outside unpleasant smell disappointing facilities
the staff were very friendly. the room was spacious. the location was perfect near the town but a quiet area. they were accommodating for vegetarian breakfast.
The view of back of hotel was not good! very shabby outside and overlooked many other rooms. unpleasant smell was present in the mornings. Like drains, possibly caused by the many pipes outside i think from the pool area. tea and coffee facilties in room were a little disappointing.
